Product Descriptions and Site Content
While we endeavor to make the product descriptions and other information on our website clear and accurate, we cannot guarantee that content within this site is error-free.

Product images displayed on this site are provided as a guide only. Some products have been photographed in close up so that details are clearly visible. While we do our best to use representative images, we do not guarantee the accuracy of colours as these will vary with photographic settings and lighting and your monitors display settings. Please read the product descriptions carefully to check sizes and colours and do not hesitate to contact us if you require clarification or further information.

Unavailable Products
Although we endeavor to keep our stock levels accurate, at times a product that you ordered may be unavailable. If you have already paid for such an item, we will give you the option of a refund of the cost of the unavailable item or issue a store credit for future purchases. We will also suggest a substitute product if one is available.

Loss or Damage of Goods in Transit
The Backyard Shed accepts no responsibility for goods once they have been posted. Your goods will be sent by Registered mail and we will provide you with the tracking number upon request, . Your shipment will be sent by registered mail and if it does not arrive, we will lodge a complaint with Australia Post on your behalf and may require you to co-operate in any information required from Australia Post to lodge the claim.

If your items have been damaged in transit, it is vital that you keep the damaged packaging that they arrived in and contact The Backyard Shed immediately. Postal insurance is only valid if all the packaging is kept for inspection - without this evidence there is no proof that your parcel was damaged in transit and The Backyard Shed will not be able to lodge a claim. Please do not return any item without contacting us first.

Title of the Goods
Ownership of goods sold by The Backyard Shed shall not pass to the customer until The Backyard Shed has received payment for the specified goods in full.

Taxes and Duties
All sales made by The Backyard Shed are GST inclusive and you will receive a sales receipt stating as such with your purchase.
